Going Back to Poland for a check Up.

Euromedic Have Emailed me to go back for a 1 day check up. A check up from the neck up I suppose. Has anyone been back. Do you have to pay any thing else or is Included in what we have already paid. Was it worth the hassle? It's a long trip from Canada or the States.
