I thought it was a great interview! You came across as very informed, calm, collected, and like someone that knows what they are saying. Frankly, I thought you looked like a college professor, and one that might get their student's attention to boot ;)
Thank you for all you do!

Re: Montel's announcement
Has anyone heard anything from Montel about how he is feeling? Just curious. I checked his FB page but there isn't a lot of discussion.

Re: still sad about scan results
I am in no way telling you what you should do, but the doppler does not show problems with the azygos. Just sayin maybe you should ask about that part of it. My biggest problems were with it and I feel GREAT these days. Seriously.
Good Luck!

Hi. I got the procedure a month ago. Incredible improvements that remain with me. BUT, today I found out my left IJV clotted and has formed a collateral to avoid the clot (I was absolutely shocked by the news). Are clots always the end of the world? PLEASE tell me NO! :) (first procedure), and I rea...

I truly question these testers. Too many folks who were tested with MRV, or Doppler and deemed Not to have CCSVI have been later found ( at another center or via venogram) to indeed have it. I don't believe everyone does but it seems that the majority do. The only true way to know you do not have i...

What's the deal with these newest published studies. This is the second recent study where the researchers didn't find ANY problems at all with the MS group! Isn't not finding something 100% of the time just as unbelievable as finding something 100% of the time? Are these researchers concluding that...

To date we have studied 35 people with MS and 35 healthy control subjects, so we are just over one third of the way towards completion,” reports A/Prof Chambers. “Preliminary blinded analysis of the whole 70 cases, using the criteria proposed by Zamboni, indicates that CCSVI (chronic cerebrospinal ...

Thank you! When you wake up with blurred vision, is it blurry both far away and up close (or just one or the other)? When you wake up, do you ever have a feeling of fullness or head pressure? Can I ask you if the eye pain is in both eyes, or just one? Does it feel like it's on the surface (like ext...

Blurry vision upon waking up that resolves in about an hour Eye pain, like someone is sticking a needle in my eye Floaters Twitchy eyelids (I was always told it's because I'm tired) My one major bout with ON was that all the color left the world, it looked everything was white. But the three days following the procedure my wife could barely keep up with me cause I felt so good as we went all over NYC from early morning until at least 9pm sometimes later. Hi! So, not to split hairs, but did Dr. S do the procedure even though he found no reflux and you have excellent veins?...

Has Aetna been covering the scan and treatment (if necessary)? I'm just curious. I have Aetna and an appointment at AAC on Monday the 14th. I can cover the scan if Aetna doen't, but if they find a problem (which in some ways I hope they do!) I am wondering if I'm on the hook for the procedure. Oh, a...
