19 years with MS. Last 10 yrs. worsening. Is there anything to help?

Frieda, I can't promise that it will help you, but taking antibiotics for chlamydia pneumoniae does help many and at the very least should stop further progression. There is plenty of information here, but you might care to write to my husband, Dr David Wheldon to ask his advice. In the meantime, here is a pdf which can easily be printed out and shown to people like your GP who might be willing to prescribe:

An Itinerary in Light and Shadow Completed Dr Charles Stratton / Dr David Wheldon abx regime for aggressive secondary progressive MS in June 2007, after four years. Still improving with no relapses since starting. Can't run but can paint all day.
